Shipping and Delivery

General: We deliver worldwide. See right hand margin of the Shopping Basket page for charges.

Orders bearing incorrect delivery charges will be rejected. Do check that the correct amount for your region is displayed in the "delivery" box and that the amount shown in the "total" box is correct before submitting your order.

A signature may be required on delivery or the package may be scanned by postal services as proof of delivery. If a package has been signed for/scanned at the delivery address it will be deemed to have been delivered even if it was signed for by another person.
If a package is returned to us because the postal or other delivery services were unable to deliver we will contact you by e-mail and arrange either to:

a) refund the value of the items ordered excluding the amount paid for delivery and the amount charged to us by WorldPay for processing the transaction or
b) resend the package to you upon repayment of delivery charges.

In the event that we are unable to contact you (a) above will apply.

When will your order be sent? We aim to process all credit/debit card orders within 3 working days of receipt subject to credit clearance and stock availability. This may increase to 4 working days at particularly busy times. In reality, most orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours.

UK deliveries: Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail (Parcelforce for bulky orders). They usually arrive within 5 working days of dispatch. Add an additional 5 if paying by cheque. These are approximate delivery times and are for guidance only, allow 28 days for delivery.

International deliveries: We ship worldwide except to remote or inaccessible areas, countries in war zones or undergoing political or other instability.

Orders are shipped by standard airmail and generally require a signature upon delivery. Delivery to Western Europe, the USA and Canada generally takes 4 to 10 working days. Delivery to other countries up to 15 working days. These are approximate delivery times and are for guidance only, allow 35 days for delivery.

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Additional charges for customs etc. must be borne by you. Failure to pay such charges resulting in the non-arrival of goods or the return of them to us will not entitle you to a refund in full. A partial refund may be made at our discretion depending upon the condition of the goods with a deduction for packaging and postal charges.
